We bought our Focus ST3 in March 2024 was quickly delivered upto Scotland New Mot Test Timing belt/Waterpump and Service and year Road tax all before delivery included in price We did have small issue but problem was fixed in quick time after that we had whole year motoring without problem even passed new mot test with no advisory

Highly recommend TMP. I have never walked into a garage and felt more comfortable. I enquired about a vehicle on a Friday and it was on my drive by Monday. No pushy sales people Hannah just gave me the keys let me have a look around and take it for a test drive. No pressure what's so ever brilliant. Hannah also kept me informed as to what was happening and when my new car would be ready to collect. I would give more than a 5 star review if I could. 1 million percent recommend Alex and Hannah thanks again.

Recently purchased a vehicle from TMP and they were everything you'd hope a used garage would be. Great prices, no pushy sale, test drive was welcomed, they had plenty of knowledge on the cars history, and it came with a 3 month warranty which I wasn't expecting. The transaction was straightforward and they dealt with all the paperwork I needed such as taxing and v5 stuff. Highly recommended

**Brilliant** After having a complete nightmare experience with another garage, we found TMP and I honestly wish we had found them first. They were so friendly and no hard sales persons trying to pounce on you soon as you look at a car. We found our perfect car and although there were a couple of maintenance issues they sorted them straight away with no fuss. Hannah was fab and kept in touch every step of the way. When you spoke with them in person or on the phone it felt like you were chatting away to a member of your family, you felt at ease and knew you were getting a 5 service. If we ever need another car Hannah and her team will be the only place we will go to. Thank you

I don't usually leave Google reviews but felt I had to say something nice about the lads at TMP. I had someone reverse into the back of my car, Mercedes told me it'd take up to 6 weeks to get a new rear bumper but TMP sourced one and replaced it within a fortnight. Will be going straight back there for servicing and any repair work in the future.

Want to share my experience with TMP vehicles. They are an exceptional Car Dealer, a 5 star plus rating from me. Alex and Hannah were great to deal with in buying a car blind. They shared a video walkaround and answered any questions we had on a lovely Suzuki SX4 S-Cross with FSH.
The purchase included TMP taking a part-ex on an old car and delivering the new car to Falkirk, agreed a very fair price and sale with delivery price. The car was given a new MOT with a promise to resolve any advisories if they reported. None were, but it shows the extent of customer service and assurance provided here.
The scheduled delivery went very smoothly with a lovely driver delivering the car, documents and Autoguard warranty as too far to take back to TMP to resolve if any issues arose.
On day 2 an engine light and DPF light came on, took it to an approved warranty garage who replaced the DPF sensor after trying cleaning it first. Autoguard declined the claim on DPF saying its not covered by them but the repair bill was refunded in full by TMP so again demonstrating a very positive customer experience. Highly recommend using TMP vehicles for used cars.

This company bent over backwards to accommodate myself with an out of hours appointment. Alex was an absolute pleasure to deal with, his non pushy approach suited me. I was left to view the vehicle and the many others. Alex simply asked me to call in the office to collect the keys if I wanted to take any vehicle out for a test drive. I chose my car and enjoyed a very smooth no pressure sale. Car delivered following day on time as agreed .....
I would highly recommend this company if your looking to purchase a low mileage car at a great price with an excellant customer service

Absolute pleasure to deal with I part exchanged my car with these and got a really good price for my car and bought a mercedes E class off them I asked them to do a few things on the car before I picked it up like a gear box service timing chain 4 new tyres full MOT and service and the car only came with 1 key they told me to get one made at mercedes and they would pay for it which they did without hesitation I've had the car now 3 weeks or so and I'm absolutely over the moon with it I would 100% recommend this garage and all there staff.

Bought my car from TMP a year ago, really friendly sales team - I know nothing about cars but they were really genuine with me. A few teething problems with the car but all sorted really promptly and completely free of charge. Fast forward & my car has just had its first MOT (done elsewhere) and not even an advisory.
